Both Helen and Leona are established members of the family law community in Wellington and are experienced litigators, regularly undertaking complex family law matters. They both accept Court appointments representing children. Helen is a regular presenter at CLE and LegalWise legal seminars and authors the LegalWise text on contracting out and property matters. Leona teaches part of the Masters curriculum for College of Law, as well as being a member of the NZ Law Society Courthouse Committee and Early Resolution Complaints Committee. Both Helen and Leona contribute to submissions to the Law Commission on legal issues.
